Gogi Grill (Hudson Street)

This is authentic Korean food. Reminds me of the days I had a Korean roommate in college and his mom would bring us enough food to fill the fridge, which barely lasted two days because it was so delicious we just couldnt stop eating it. Beef bulgogi is a must try if youve never had it before. The spicy chicken is good. If youve youve never had kimchi, this is the place to try it first so you get a real taste of delicious pickled cabbage a la Korean. The mandoloo or fried wontons I guess are absolutely delightful. The sauces are all right on the money. Everything about this place is simple and good. I dont bother with the sauces because the food is good enough to eat without them, but the sauces are delicious too, so save them for cooking other food. I get the bowl usually and eat every last grain of rice within 5 minutes and then Im full but still want more, just like in college. This is real authentic Korean food and it is delicious. Enjoy.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! My order was right and delicious ( It is always delicious).... After two failed online orders Gogi got it right, my order was just what I wanted and it was delivered on time, It was perfect I was so happy.... Gogi food is fresh and delicious if you have not try it yet give them a chance and you would fall in love with their cuisine.

Not ya momma's tofu bowl is vegan! (Ask for the red sauce instead of the brown sauce if you want spicy instead of slightly sweet).

I love Gogi Grill. Great sized portions and the food is great. Not your typical Korean BBQ, think more like Chipotle if they served Korean. That's not a bad thing though, especially if you are in a rush and want to pick up, they are very fast.

Best food I've found in Jersey so far. Purple rice is a plus. Too bad they don't have more vegetarian options. I had shrimp which, among all the other ingredients, were very fresh & full of flavor

Absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, very flavorful, and generous portions. All arrived cold, but was easily microwaved. Will definitely order again.
